What each day needs before it happens
Reserve a day that runs whatever the numbers, or wait for a count
Some days happen for one person on a wet Tuesday. Some need four, some need eight, and four of the thirty are only ever run privately. The ring says which, and so do the words beside it.
If a day needs a minimum number of people it is written on its own page, and the office tells you where the count stands before you commit to anything.
A quarter ring means the day runs whatever the numbers. A half ring means four people. Three quarters means eight. A full ring means the day is only run privately and is priced for the whole party rather than per head at the door.
